Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Implement nursing interventions based on assessment findings and medical orders.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved nursing program.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
