About the role
NORTON NEUROSCIENCE INSTITUTE, a part of Norton Healthcare, is seeking a fellowship-trained physician with an interest in a neurocritical care opportunity.
The Norton Brownsboro Hospital campus is Norton Healthcare’s flagship for neuroscience care, with a level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center and six-bed epilepsy monitoring unit, the Brain Tumor Center and Cressman Parkinson’s Center.
Responsibilities
- Recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
- Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient.
- Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.

- 7 on/7 off schedule
- No mandatory trauma care
