Role Overview

As a Neuro Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and nursing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions upon admission and throughout shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor patient responses, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Respond swiftly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Current RN license in the practice state or an active compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
