Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and compliance
• Engage in professional development
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, and spiritual factors
• Maintain safety and alertness

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Licenses: Current RN licensure
• Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred
• Skills: Critical assessment, communication, patient education, teamwork, safety awareness
