Pay
The referenced salary range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. This range does not include all components of the Department of Ophthalmology faculty compensation program or pay from participation in incentive compensation programs. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education/training, and other factors.
