Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

About the role

This nursing position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to established standards of nursing practice. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and participation in safety, quality, and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients’ families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Promote safety, quality, and compliance, while supporting professional development and ongoing education.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness is essential.
