Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and participation in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. The nurse develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with an interprofessional team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Key Responsibilities Promote a healing environment and educate patients/families on care needs and medication management.Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while engaging in ongoing professional development.Develop, implement, and communicate personalized care plans based on assessments and patient preferences.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness at all times. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licenses: Valid RN license required.Experience: No experience required; 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.Additional: ICU experience is advantageous.
