Neural Architect (aka Senior Engineer)

About the role

We're looking for a Neural Architect who dreams in distributed systems and wakes up thinking about multi-agent orchestration. You'll be the one who turns our cyberpunk fantasies into production-ready reality.

Your Superpowers Include

• Code Synthesis: You can merge with any codebase and understand its deepest secrets within hours
• Agent Whispering: You speak fluent Python, Go, and whatever language the AIs prefer this week
• Reality Bending: You've bent Kubernetes to your will and made Docker containers dance
• Time Manipulation: You've actually finished a side project (proof of temporal anomaly powers)

Daily Quests

• Architect systems that make multiple AI agents work together like a well-oiled hivemind
• Build infrastructure so robust it makes the Matrix look fragile
• Write code that other developers will study in the ancient texts (aka documentation)
• Mentor junior devs in the ways of the code ninja

Prerequisites for This Reality

• 5+ years of bending code to your will
• Experience with distributed systems (bonus points if you've made them distributed AND reliable)
• You've deployed something that handled real traffic without catching fire
• Comfortable with ambiguity (we're literally inventing the future here)
