About the role
Join our team as a Senior Engineer driving modernization efforts, primarily focusing on vulnerability patching automation. This role is based in a hybrid setting across Plano, TX, Jersey City, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. As a contract position, you'll leverage advanced technologies to enhance security measures and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of automation frameworks for system patching.
- Build and deploy workflows to orchestrate vulnerability remediation at scale.
- Integrate automation agents with systems, APIs, and security tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to prioritize patching initiatives.
- Ensure reliability and scalability of automation solutions.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including system installation and testing.
- Hands-on experience developing automation frameworks and agents.
- Strong programming skills in enterprise environments.
- Experience developing and integrating with system APIs.
- Experience operating in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments.
