NETWORK SPECIALIST

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex network installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Lead complex change windows and ensure post-change stabilization
• Configure and manage network infrastructure components
• Develop and validate implementation-ready configurations
• Test new equipment for compatibility with existing standards
• Conduct quality assurance on network installations and upgrades
• Coordinate technical support and guide staff during deployments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Data Networking, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or operations
• Proven experience with enterprise routing and switching services like TCP/IP, VLANs, and QoS
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and maintain configuration records
• Strong collaboration skills with both engineering and field teams

Pay

$95,556 – $115,920 annually
