About the role

• Identify and evaluate Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and other carrier partners
• Create network solutions balancing cost, performance, and resiliency
• Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve efficiency of current networks
• Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Procurement to support customer discussions and RFP responses
• Validate solution feasibility
• Maintain provider relationships and track market trends
• Perform cost modeling, TCO, and ROI analysis
• Analyze performance metrics like latency and availability
• Design redundant and diverse network paths
• Ensure compliance and security requirements are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in solutions architecture, network engineering, or carrier management
• Comprehensive knowledge of IP networking and transport protocols (High proficiency)
• Proven experience in sourcing Internet Service Providers and designing resilient, multi-path network architectures (Medium proficiency)
• Strong analytical and communication skills (High proficiency)
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
• Capable of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
