Network Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure comprising network devices, access points, physical sites integrated with Azure cloud networks, on-prem, and cloud servers. Manage the operation, shift overlap, incident triaging, and control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee hybrid infrastructure operations, including network devices, access points, and integration with Azure cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead incident triaging and control processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VRFs).
• Handle VPNs, firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and QoS policies.
• Monitor networks using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, and Azure Network Watcher.
• Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Remedy for IT service management.
• Work with Azure virtual networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, NSGs, routing).
• Manage VMware virtual networking (vSwitches, port groups, VLAN tagging, distributed switches).
• Troubleshoot storage network protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) and connectivity to Dell PowerStore/Isilon.
• Monitor backup and replication traffic flows between Commvault, Zerto, and storage systems.
• Maintain strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard, FortiGate GUI/CLI, Aruba SD-WAN Orchestrator, and Zscaler console.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VLANs, VRFs).
• Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, NAT, ACLs, and QoS policies.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Working knowledge of Azure virtual networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway).
• Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and firewall configuration across hybrid data center-cloud environments.
• Experience with VMware virtual networking (vSwitches, port groups, VLAN tagging, distributed switches).
• Familiarity with storage network protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB) and troubleshooting connectivity to Dell PowerStore/Isilon.
• Experience with network performance monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or Azure Network Watcher).
• Understanding of backup and replication traffic flows between Commvault, Zerto, and storage systems.
• Exposure to ITIL service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
