Network Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implementation of networking, network security, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Techonologies may include, but not be limited to: NGFW, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Zero-Trust, VPN, SASE, NAC, IAM, IDP/IPS, SIEM
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to customers
• Document project progress and provide regular updates to project teams
• Study new technology and stay abreast to the latest industry trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise firewall administration experience (Fortinet preferred)
• 5+ years of network experience (routing, switching, wireless, subnetting, routing protocols)
• Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, FCP, FCSS, FCX)
• Advanced experience with networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VXLAN)
• Advanced experience with network security technologies (NGFW, VPN, Zero-Trust, SASE, NAC, IAM)

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in computer networks or cybersecurity; or 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
