Network Optimization Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Network Optimization Manager to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will be responsible for helping shape network strategy across multiple product categories, with a focus on improving cost, service, and long-term supply chain performance. The position partners closely with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate growth opportunities, assess strategic alternatives, and support investment decisions. The ideal candidate will translate complex data and modeling outputs into clear recommendations that guide operational decisions and business planning. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,600 – $157,500 annually Responsibilities Own and maintain network optimization models for 3-5 product categories Partner with Supply Chain leadership to evaluate supply chain strategies and growth opportunities Identify and lead network optimization initiatives to improve cost and service levels Develop and maintain category network models to assess strategic alternatives Perform analyses to support network design and investment decisions Manage project plans and stakeholder engagement for network optimization initiatives Translate complex data analyses into clear recommendations and presentations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, Business, or a related field 8+ years of experience in supply chain, network optimization, operations research, or related fields 3+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain network modeling and optimization Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Advanced proficiency with network design tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, or similar platforms Benefits Competitive health and dental benefits starting from day one 401(k) plan with company contributions Wellness benefits available immediately upon employment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
