Network Operations Center Engineer

Job Role : NOC – L4 Onsite Network Engineer Location: Issaquah, WA(Hyrbid 3 days onsite) W2 Contract Responsibilities Experience: 10+ years in enterprise network operations or engineering Lead technical command on P1 major network incidents and run the bridge with client teams. Coordinate onsite smart hands and IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities at the client's corporate site. Own carrier and OEM escalations for circuits and devices. Represent the NOC in client change reviews and approve offshore change plans. Lead RCA for major network incidents and track corrective actions. Act as the onsite link between the client and the offshore NOC team. Required Skills Deep expertise in routing and switching, WAN/SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM and firewalls. Hands-on with NNM, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Infoblox, Palo Alto Firewalls and SASE. Strong ServiceNow incident, problem and change experience; PagerDuty preferred. Excellent client-facing communication. Preferred certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, ITIL v4 Foundation.
