Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data collection methods: Establish and execute processes to systematically collect key performance metrics throughout each supported mission.
- Champion operational procedures that improve data quality and collaborate with vendors to enhance existing tools.
- Conduct mission reporting: Independently refine customer reporting requirements and develop detailed mission reports that support operational objectives.
- Analyze ticket management data: Produce reports on trouble tickets, including creation, response, and resolution times, while identifying trends and categorizing issues to improve operational performance.
- Maintain network performance: Analyze bandwidth utilization, including peak and average consumption, and evaluate network performance throughout the mission lifecycle.
- Create and deliver comprehensive documentation of approved processes and procedures, establishing a repeatable framework for future mission support.
- Provide stakeholder engagement: Present recommendations, reporting, and technical findings to senior Government and military leadership to support operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
- CCNA highly desired
- Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems
- Database experience
Qualifications
- BS Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree
Skills
- Strong understanding of Network technologies
- Data Analytics
- Ability to work independently
- Develop process and data sets to meet program’s reporting requirements

Pay
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
