About the role
- Provide day-to-day Network Operations support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with maintaining Metro’s network environment.
- Support Cisco/network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Assist with network lifecycle maintenance and other operational responsibilities.
- Work alongside senior Network Advisors and Architects and follow their technical direction.
Requirements
- Roughly 1–2 years of networking/IT experience preferred, but Luke is flexible for someone with strong potential and a good technical foundation.
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Cisco experience/exposure preferred.
- MPLS/network environment experience is a plus.
- Open to candidates coming from Help Desk, Field Services or another IT support role who are looking to move into networking.
