About the role
The Network Monitoring Analyst will be part of a team responsible for daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC network systems in a 24x7 environment. The role involves providing first‑level technical support, troubleshooting network hardware/software, and assisting with installations and user account management.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of network systems
- Provide first‑level technical support and initial troubleshooting
- Document and report events/issues to the CWO
- Assist with network hardware/software installations
- Create and maintain user accounts as directed
Mandatory skills
- Minimum Active DoD Secret Clearance
- DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network management
- Experience with network diagnostic and analytic tools
- Proficiency in remote access software such as SSH and RDP
- Experience in Windows Server maintenance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Nice‑to‑have skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with network management tools
- Familiarity with TACLANE encryption devices
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix server maintenance
- Experience liaising with DoD agencies
