The Opportunity
This position is within the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with medical device sales and service
- Experience with EPIC

- Experience with EPIC
What You’ll Work On
- Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
- Affords product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
- Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
- Mets with assigned Regional Director, District Managers, and sales representatives to assist customers with LibreView set up, workflow, and optimization.
- Presents and provides integral information and support in the EHR engagement process.
- Represents Abbott at Conference/Trade Shows including occasional weekend coverage.
