The Opportunity

This position is within the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree plus 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with medical device sales and service
  • Experience with EPIC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with EPIC

What You’ll Work On

  • Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
  • Affords product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
  • Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
  • Mets with assigned Regional Director, District Managers, and sales representatives to assist customers with LibreView set up, workflow, and optimization.
  • Presents and provides integral information and support in the EHR engagement process.
  • Represents Abbott at Conference/Trade Shows including occasional weekend coverage.
