Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign daily tasks, projects, and operational objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Lead infrastructure projects from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to plan infrastructure roadmaps and capacity forecasting.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Partner with cybersecurity team to support vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams.
- Participate in budgeting and vendor management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, or network management.
- 2+ years of leadership or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Windows/Linux servers, networking fundamentals, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
- Experience with monitoring tools, backup/restore systems, patch management, and automation scripts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work full-time in office at our Greenwood Village, CO location.
- Self-starter.
