Network & Information Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Network & Information Systems Administrator to design, implement, secure, and maintain the enterprise IT infrastructure that powers Quantum Space's engineering, manufacturing, and corporate operations. In this role, you will combine systems administration, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management to ensure the availability, security, and performance of mission-critical information systems supporting spacecraft development and business operations. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, security, and corporate teams, you will play a key role in supporting secure collaboration, regulatory compliance, and technology innovation across the organization. This position is ideal for an IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building secure, scalable infrastructure supporting advanced aerospace programs.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, secure, and administer enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and software-defined networking (SDN) technologies
- Monitor and maintain network and systems performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Manage virtual networking and infrastructure hosted within Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, storage platforms, virtualization environments, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD),
