Network Evaluator (Principal) - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Due to federal contract requirements, this position requires United States citizenship, an active TS/SCI security clearance, and polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cybersecurity analysis using SIEM technologies (Splunk, Elastic) and network defense methodologies.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, incident response, and packet analysis.
  • Research system vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Apply strong networking knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, & Arista devices and protocols) to analyze and solve problems.
  • Utilize tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and similar network analysis/SIEM tools.
  • Leverage frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

  • Eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph (required).
  • Experience with computer network defense, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and cybersecurity analysis.
  • Practical experience with Splunk and Elastic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hunt/Blue Team experience.
  • Knowledge of Network Defense Integrity (NDI) Methodology, digital forensics, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning technologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CySA+, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, CISSP, or equivalent).
