About the role
The Network Team at Fluidstack is responsible for designing and deploying wireless and corporate networking solutions across multiple offices and sites. This includes setting up Wi-Fi in challenging RF environments like data halls and warehouses, ensuring that networks are reliable and easy to manage, and automating network changes to reduce manual intervention.
Responsibilities
- Own wireless and corporate networking across offices and sites: Wi-Fi, campus LAN, and remote access that just works.
- Design and deploy wireless for hard RF environments such as data halls, warehouses, and construction sites.
- Run corporate network operations with automation-first discipline: config as code, zero-touch where possible.
- Own network onboarding for new offices and sites so day-one connectivity is boring.
Requirements
- You have extensive experience owning corporate and wireless networking for a multi-site company.
- You have designed Wi-Fi solutions for industrial RF environments and validated them with surveys.
- You have a proven track record of automating corporate network changes.
- Your networks are known for being reliable and easy to manage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Wi-Fi design and deployment in challenging RF environments.
- Proven ability to automate network changes and configurations.
- Experience with SD-WAN and Zero Trust network architectures.
Skills
- Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and protocols.
- Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages.
- Knowledge of enterprise network management systems and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
