About The Role

We are seeking a delivery-focused Network Engineer with strong network automation experience to support ongoing network modernization, site deployments, and SD WAN initiatives. This role is ideal for an engineer who has a background in network deployment and excels at building and delivering easy-to-use GUI-based automation scripts for production environments. The successful candidate will work hands-on with Aruba wired, wireless, and SD WAN platforms, leveraging automation to accelerate deployments, standardize configurations, and reduce operational risk. Success in this role means providing working solutions—automation, configuration, and tooling—that directly support network delivery timelines and ensure seamless network operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is transforming network infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative automation strategies. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery, troubleshoot issues during deployments, and continuously improve automation workflows to adapt to evolving network requirements.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking roles
  • Strong foundation in TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless networking
  • Experience deploying and supporting Cisco and Aruba campus and branch networks
  • Solid troubleshooting skills during network delivery and cutover events
  • 7+ years of experience using network automation in live production environments
  • Proficiency in Python for network automation and data handling
  • Experience with Ansible for orchestration and configuration management
  • Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code (network modules preferred)
  • Experience developing automation that produces clear reports (HTML dashboards, UI elements, CSVs)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating SaaS management platforms, especially Aruba Central
  • Experience using Git for version control and collaborative development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support enterprise network engineering and automation solutions using Aruba Central (Aruba AOS-CX, AOS10) and Aruba EdgeConnect SD WAN
  • Build automation to support new site turn-ups, network migrations, network access control initiatives, and SD WAN deployment
  • Develop or integrate front-end GUI components such as internal portals, dashboards, or tooling that simplify network delivery workflows
  • Utilize APIs to integrate network platforms with automation pipelines and enterprise systems
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, implementation teams, and operations to meet delivery deadlines
  • Participate in troubleshooting and remediation during deployments; incorporate lessons learned into automation improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation for deployment scripts, automation workflows, and operational handoffs

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans
  • Retirement savings plans with company matching
  • Paid time off and holiday leave
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
  • Work-life balance initiatives and flexible working arrangements
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment that values innovation and collaboration
