Lead Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center, cloud, WAN, and campus environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex network projects
• Develop standards
• Troubleshoot critical incidents
• Collaborate with security and operations teams
• Drive network modernization
• Optimize secure access technologies (VPN, SD-WAN, Zero Trust)
• Support cloud networking in Azure and AWS
• Mentor engineers
• Develop automation solutions
• Participate in architecture reviews
• Manage vendor relationships
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of network systems

Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years in network engineering
• Expertise in routing, switching, Cisco platforms, security solutions, cloud networking, automation (Python, PowerShell)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Preferred certifications include CCNP, CCIE, or security/cloud specialties
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
