Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
- Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation.
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
- Practice proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Maintain focused governance over project scope and identify additional project opportunities.
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of service components like Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Proficiency in LAN/WAN topologies using routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
- Proficiency in HSRP/GLBP/VRRP configuration.
- Proficiency in traffic manipulation with OSPF/EIGRP/BGP.
- Proficiency in configuring VLAN/L3 Switches/STP/PVST/RPVST+.
- Knowledge of Datacenter Networking, including VPC/VDC/VXLAN/Fabric path.
- Good knowledge of SDN products like Cisco ACI, SDA, and DNAC.
- Working knowledge of F5 Load Balancer and Bluecoat Proxy.
- Understanding and hands-on experience in Wireless site survey, reporting, heatmap creation, AP placement, and troubleshooting/maintaining WLAN (traditional and modern solutions).
- Configure QoS.
- Work with cross-functional teams (server, application, security).
- Exposure to ITIL processes.
- Document configurations, SOPs, and change records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Pay
Estimated annual compensation range:
- Burlington, VT: $91,424 to $118,851
- Malta, NY: $88,424 to $114,951
