Network Engineer (Deployment Technician)
About the role
Supports a secure, world-wide, and highly reliable communications infrastructure by providing Architecture, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of Network Services for Wide Area Networks (WAN), Campus Area Networks (CAN), Data Center Networks (DCN), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM).
Qualifications
- Master's degree with 3 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Associate's degree with 7 years of experience or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience is required.
- Active DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher is required.
- Knowledge of networking equipment and boxes.
- Ability to conduct site surveys and optimize network topologies.
- Experience preparing site installation and test reports.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
