About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer with strong leadership capabilities to join our team. This hybrid role involves working closely with our customers to assess their current network infrastructure, develop a strategic target-state vision, and implement best practice recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Juniper network platforms, including MX, QFX, and SRX series devices, and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to network design, configuration, and maintenance, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and reliability. The role also involves interacting with vendors to drive resolutions, manage firmware and code upgrades, and incorporate new features. As a subject matter expert, the Network Engineer may lead technical projects and provide guidance to team members or clients. The position supports after-hours maintenance and outages, emphasizing the need for flexibility and responsiveness. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to undergo a polygraph, and are expected to participate in on-site support weekly as part of the hybrid work model.
