Network Engineer

About the role

Conduct site surveys and create structured network designs for voice, data, security, audio, and visual systems. Implement network solutions supporting on-premises and cloud environments. Manage the production of network devices and architecture, developing documentation for global network implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineered drawings, specifications, reports, and other technical documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to analyze requirements and develop system designs.
• Conduct network discovery and document system requirements.
• Develop and execute test and implementation plans based on requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing implementation and engineering support for enterprise networks, specifically within government environments.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial hardware, networks, and cloud environments.
• 2+ years of experience conducting network discovery and documenting system requirements.
• Proficiency with security, routing, and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPLS, STP, L3VPNs).
• An active TS/SCI clearance.
