About the role
The consultant will be working in a staff augmentation capacity on a 6 month onsite project in Chesapeake, VA.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Layer 2, foundational Layer 3, and introductory Wi-Fi concepts.
- Experience with L2 switching (VLANs, tagging, trunking, AAA, Spanning Tree, etc.).
- Foundational knowledge of L3 networking.
Requirements
- Strong L2–L7 understanding, routing/firewall/Wi-Fi integration, and Network Access Control (NAC).
- A strong understanding of L3 through 7 networking, routing protocols, firewalls, WiFi and NAC.
Qualifications

Pay
The expected hourly rate range for this role is: $45 to $91 per hour.
