About the role
This position is for 24 months, with the option of extension, and is in Dover, DE. We can work corp to corp or W2.
Responsibilities
- Perform Add/Move/Changes (MACD’s) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
- Work with Cisco Unity Voicemail
- Resolve complex enterprise VOIP issues on Cisco Platform
- Resolve Network/TCP-IP communications issues affecting enterprise Voice
- Design and perform Add/Move/Changes on complex dial plans using Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX)
- Provision Cisco desk phones for customers
- Provision Cisco Jabber Soft Phones
- Administer and perform Add/Move/Changes in Webex Cloud Calling area of Webex Control Hub
- Provision Webex software-based "Soft Phones"
- Provision and maintain clear ties to Redsky E911 application for E911 tracking purposes
- Update and create complex voice dial plans within Oracle Session Border Controllers (optional)
Requirements
- Experience with Add/Move/Changes (MACD’s) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
- Experience with Cisco Unity Voicemail
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex enterprise VOIP issues on Cisco Platform
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Network/TCP-IP communications issues affecting enterprise Voice
- Experience designing and performing Add/Move/Changes on complex dial plans using Cisco Call Center Express (UCCX)
- Experience programming/provisioning/decommissioning Cisco desk phones for customers
- Experience provisioning Cisco Jabber Soft Phones
- Experience administering and performing Add/Move/Changes in Webex Cloud Calling area of Webex Control Hub
- Experience provisioning Webex software-based "Soft Phones"
- Experience provisioning and maintaining clear ties to Redsky E911 application for E911 tracking purposes
- Experience updating and creating complex voice dial plans within Oracle Session Border Controllers (optional)
Qualifications
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification (optional)
- Experience working within the Service Now ticketing system (optional)
