About the role
Support the design, deployment, and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud-computing environment. Develop and support network fabric and systems. Develop and implement solutions for network issues, safely executing network changes. Participate in network lifecycle management through network build and/or upgrade projects. May participate in network solution and architecture design process. Provide break-fix support for events and may serve as escalation point for event remediation. Provide root cause analysis as needed. Develop scripts to automate routine tasks for the team. May support network vendor software bug fixes. May telecommute.
Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure engineering and network development
- Participate in operational rotations as either primary or secondary
- Develop and implement solutions for network issues
- Execute network changes safely
- Participate in network lifecycle management (build and upgrade projects)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Network Developer-related occupation
- Network infrastructure engineering

- GitHub, Ansible, Infrastructure as code
- QOS (Quality of Service), PBR (Policy Based Routing), ECMP (Equal Cost Multipath), DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing), CLB (Collective Load Balancing)
Pay
Hiring range in USD from $91,400 to $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
