Network Design and Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support resilient network infrastructures for surveillance systems catering to commercial and government clients.
• Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Support customer deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Develop automation tools to streamline network management tasks.
• Document network solutions and configurations for future reference and support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with surveillance network systems and related technologies.
• Ability to develop automation tools and document technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
