Network Carrier Coordinator - Final Mile Delivery

About the role

The Network Carrier Coordinator supports Final Mile Operations in New Albany, OH. This role also provides administrative support to the Compliance Team.

Responsibilities

• Support contracted carriers
• Ensure on-time delivery
• Provide high-quality customer service
• Cookordination with customers and service providers to meet KPIs
• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old)
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date
• Aid Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Assist Operations Supervisor with phone and email

Requirements

• Experience with DOT preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) year or more years related experience required

8 hour shift with flexible start and end of shift
