Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator - Final Mile Delivery

About the role

We are immediately hiring a Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator, in Edison, NJ, to support our Final Mile Delivery division.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre delivery confirmations
• Maintain contractor COI's
• Provide real time route support for drivers
• Schedule deliveries
• Support retail client and end user customers
• Support end of day logistics operations, and driver check in
• Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery is preferred

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

• Pay Type: Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: $21.50
• Maximum Pay Range: $21.50

• Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
