Responsibilities

• Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer network.
• Plan, develop, install, configure, maintain, support, and optimize all network hardware, software, and communication links.
• Analyze and resolve end‑user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Provide end‑user training where required.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science and/or five years' equivalent work experience.
• Technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting experience.
