Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Enterprise IT Network Cisco Switching: Catalyst (L2/L3) Cisco Wireless: WLC, Access Points Firewalls: Cisco Firepower / ASA (or equivalent) Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) Cisco ISE (NAC, authentication) Core Networking TCP/IP, VLANs, VXLAN, Routing (OSPF/BGP) NAT, ACLs, segmentation OT Awareness (Good to Have) Basic understanding of:IT/OT segmentationIndustrial environmentsOT security concepts Roles & Responsibilities Act as the primary SME for all IT network related incidents. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution independently Handle high-severity and production-impacting incidents with full ownership. Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. Manage and support Enterprise IT Network:Cisco LAN (Catalyst switches – L2/L3)Wireless (WLC, Access Points, RF troubleshooting)Firewalls (Cisco Firepower / ASA or equivalent)Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) – monitoring, assurance, complianceCisco ISE – authentication, NAC, policy enforcementProactively identify and fix network health and performance issues.Work closely with onsite OT/network plant teams for: Plant network dependencies Industrial connectivity issues Change coordination impacting productionProvide IT-side inputs for IT/OT segmentation and security.Perform OT Network troubleshootingExecute Network changes (configurations, upgrades, patching)Perform New deployments and site expansionsEnsure Proper risk assessment and rollback planningChanges executed during approved windowsManage EOL/EOS tracking and remediation.Implement and maintain Network segmentationFirewall policies and secure access controlsVulnerability remediation and patchingSecurity incident investigationCoordinate with OEM TAC (Cisco, firewall vendors)Create, Update and Maintain Network diagrams and configurationsIP address managementCreate, Update and Maintain SOPs/runbooksEnsure accurate ITSM updates and audit compliance. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently is critical Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to handle production-critical situations under pressure Clear communication with IT, OT, and business stakeholders High discipline in documentation and change processes Base Salary Range : $85,000 to $95,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
