Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot networking, wireless, and infrastructure issues
- Support and maintain client technology environments
- Aid with network equipment deployments and upgrades
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, wireless access points, and related hardware
- Support endpoint management and device administration
- Aid with infrastructure projects and technology implementations
- Provide remote and onsite technical support as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in a Level II Support, Network Support, Systems Support, or MSP environment
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft and/or Google-based environments
- Familiarity with wireless networking technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
