Summary Of Duties
- Aids in network performance by configuring and troubleshooting network issues.
- Maintains network-related hardware and equipment.
- Works in an on-call rotation to assist with customer needs.
- Operates and supports company internal data communications systems.
- Plans, designs, and implements local and wide-area network solutions.
- Solves network issues and coordinates with vendors for installations.
- Participates in project implementations and provides training.
- Writes proposals and conducts project planning, cost analysis, and vendor comparisons.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and three years of related experience.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of computer software and hardware and their network applications.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco networking and/or other IT certifications
