About the role

The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot network hardware and software
• Manage network devices and configurations
• Implement and monitor network security measures
• Perform routine backups and disaster recovery tests
• Collaborate with IT team members on network-related projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration
• Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of network security principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in network management tools (e.g., Cisco Prime, SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor)
• Experience with cloud-based networking solutions
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of network design and architecture principles

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
