About the role

The NNL IT Department is seeking a highly motivated Network Administrator to join the Networking and Communications team. This team manages and maintains Enterprise networking infrastructure key to supporting the NNL mission.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide networks including use of specialized applications and tools
  • Support enterprise network equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve complex network issues
  • Deploy new technologies

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Or a master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills

  • Strong experience designing and operating enterprise wireless environments with hundreds of access points
  • Advanced understanding of RF engineering concepts, enterprise wireless architectures, authentication frameworks, and techniques for optimizing roaming and client mobility
  • Hands-on experience implementing secure authentication solutions using Cisco ISE, 802.1X, EAP-TLS, RADIUS, and PKI-based certificate authentication in an enterprise setting
  • Experience contributing to the development of enterprise wireless standards, design documentation, and technology plans or roadmaps

$86,100.00 - $134,600.00 annually

Skills
