NetSuite Support Specialist
About the role
The NetSuite Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting and strengthening business operations at AltimateMedical and its family of brands. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role ensures effective use of NetSuite and related applications, serves as a key connection between users and systems, and supports end-to-end ERP workflows across inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, and order-to-cash processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for questions and issues related to NetSuite and related business applications
- Manage support requests from intake through resolution, including clarification, coordination, follow-up, and closure
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors as needed to resolve issues
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and timely follow-through
- Support end-to-end ERP workflows across inventory, manufacturing, fulfillment, and order-to-cash processes
- Understand how upstream and downstream processes interact across the ERP environment
- Identify breakdowns between system configuration and real-world operational use
- Help identify opportunities for standardization of data, workflows, and system usage
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and reference documentation related to system usage
- Support training communications and reinforcement of best practices
- Monitor trends in issues and requests to identify data quality or process consistency concerns
- Perform basic data validation as part of issue investigation and resolution
- Onboard, enable, and implement new employees and business units as needed
- Support system enablement for new business units, acquisitions, or operational changes as directed
- Help reinforce consistent system usage and adherence to standard processes during periods of change
Requirements
- Experience working in or with an ERP environment (2+ years, preferably with NetSuite or similar)
- Able to do basic workflow optimization in SuiteFlow
- Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support them
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of service and accountability
- High attention to detail and a natural inclination toward follow-through and closure
- Ability to learn systems, processes, and data structures quickly
- Full-time, hybrid role (on-site and remote), with travel expected approximately 15–20%
- Standard business hours, with flexibility based on business needs
Preferred
- Exposure to NetSuite as a user or power user
- Familiarity with business application ecosystems (e.g., reporting, document management, workflow tools)
- Experience creating or maintaining SOPs, training materials, or process documentation
- Familiarity with project or work management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)

Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive base annual salary range of $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
