NetSuite - Sales Development Manager - People leader role
About the role
We are seeking Sales Development Managers with a successful background in a Sales Development Representative role selling software to lead a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives. This role comes with a commitment to be in-office out of one of the following NetSuite locations: Austin, TX, Denver, CO, or Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region.
- Provide daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
- Create product, sales, and business function training programs.
- Coordinate marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations.
- Coach, perform management, and develop career paths for staff.
- Participate in the recruiting process and provide hiring recommendations to senior management.
- Manage budget.
- Support marketing and sales programs.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology business development sales experience.
- A desire to succeed.
- A regular presence on your company’s top producer’s list with stats to back it up.
- A history of mentoring or leading other SDR’s like yourself, sharing best practices and a track to success.
- A tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- An enjoyment of learning technology and translating that into value for prospects.
- A curiosity, insight, and perceptiveness.

Pay
Hiring Range in USD: $76,800 - $122,900 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
