NetSuite Principal Consultant - Nonprofits & Organizations

About the role

As a Principal Consultant, you will contribute to the Delivery Practice of NetSuite Professional Services, assisting customers with implementing Functional NetSuite Cloud ERP Financials solutions. This role involves heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams, and partners. You will be part of the Nonprofit & Organizations delivery team, focusing on the nuances of nonprofit accounting and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer business requirements.
• Configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements.
• Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements, including complex configurations and technical components.
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
• Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
• Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets.
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of relevant professional experience, including NetSuite ERP Financials functional solution implementation and/or administration.
• Competitive ERP solution experience will be considered.
• Consulting role experience.
• Project and/or team leadership experience.
• Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
• Ability to guide customers based on leading practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Nonprofit industry experience highly preferred, including understanding of Grant Management, FASB Reporting, and Fund Accounting.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or other NetSuite certifications a plus.
• Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate.

Pay

CA: Hiring range in CAD from $81,700 - $131,700 per year.

US: Hiring range in USD from $71,200 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
