NetSuite Principal Consultant - Financial Services
Summary
The Functional Consultant contributes to vertically aligned Delivery Practice of NetSuite Professional Services. You will be part of a team that assists customers with implementing Functional NetSuite Cloud ERP Financials and vertical domain aligned solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with Customers, NetSuite implementation teams and Partners.
PREFERRED Qualifications
- 5 OR MORE years of overall relevant professional experience to include significant NetSuite ERP Financials functional solution implementation AND/OR administration.
- Financial Services Industry ERP solution implementation and/or administration experience.
- Project leadership role experience.
- Consulting role experience.
- Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
- Ability to guide customer based on leading practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
- Bachelor and/or higher level degree in a business or technical discipline.
- NetSuite certifications a plus.
- Ability to travel on a modest basis.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer business requirements.
- Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements.
- Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components.
- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
- Collaborate and communicate with customer project leads and stakeholders to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery.
- Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets.
- Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
- Act as a mentor to less experienced functional consultants.
Qualifications

Ranging from $71,200 - $166,100 per year, the role may be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes:

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
