AS A NETAPP RESIDENT, YOU CAN EXPECT TO HAVE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES: Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure automation platform using PythonCollaborate with product, SRE, and operations teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, well-tested software and automation that scalesDesign and implement clean, maintainable object-oriented Python code for services and automationUse Git, Jira, and Bitbucket for source control, branching strategies, and pull-request workflowsWork in an Agile team: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinementDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment/runbook documentationTroubleshoot, profile, and optimize application and automation performanceMentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices To Be Successful, You’ll Need Experience Such As 5+ years of professional experience developing in Python with strong object-oriented programming skillsProven experience with Git workflows and Bitbucket (pull requests, branching strategies)API DesignMicroservice and Cloud Architecture PrinciplesMongo Query DevelopmentExperience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile ceremoniesMust be able to use AI-assisted development tools (code completion, LLM-assisted coding, AI-driven test generation, and AI-assisted code review) to accelerate delivery and improve qualityAnsible and configuration management for provisioning and automationStrong debugging, testing (unit/integration), and CI/CD mindset.Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Desired experienceInfrastructure automation experience (IaC, automation frameworks, pipeline automation)Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN/NAS, object storage, distributed storage systems).Experience writing or maintaining tools in GolangKafka experience (producers/consumers, stream processing) preferredContainer experience (Docker, Kubernetes) preferredCloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and observability toolingComfortable participating in and conducting code reviewsFamiliarity with the Richardson Maturity ModelKnowledge of OPENAPI spec Additional Information About This Role Pay: up to $155,000View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefitsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States WE ARE TSP TSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
