.NET Tech Lead

About the role

This Tech Lead will manage an AI enabled pod team or resources responsible for development on their primary guest facing application. The team consists of 1 AI architect, 3 devs, 1-2 QEs and SM.

Responsibilities

• 70% hands on (spec driven development, development using AI, back end development, APIs, microservices, automation testing in mobile and .NET (v 5+))
• 30% syncing with developers, code reviews, solutioning

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Technical Lead experience
• AI/Spec Driven Development experience (Copilot or any other tool)
• Swift UI or Kotlin Mobile Experience
• .NET Core/C# Automation testing in .net or mobile
• Microservices ASP .Net Web API
• Good communication
