Category Training and Analysis Support Job Location REMOTE, US Tracking Code 5454 Position Type Full-Time/Regular CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a .NET Software Developer to primarily support the US Army’s Range Managers Toolkit (RMTK) project, consisting of a suite of add-ins to be used within ESRI ArcGIS Pro. Additional tasks may include supporting low-level .NET web application development. Tasks Include Work item analysis – Developer will participate in analyzing work items and providing estimates of work to be doneCode development – Successful candidate will be tasked with both writing greenfield code and refactoring legacy codeParticipate in peer code reviews – This person will help ensure code quality by being an active participant in reviewing pull requests across teams Required Skills U.S. citizenMust be able to pass local background checks to attain a Common Access Card for system accessSolid understanding of objected-oriented programmingComfortable with high school level geometry conceptsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Office products Preferred Skills Ability to interpret client requirements into specifications, models, code, and systemsExperience with Agile workflow processes Required Experience 2+ years of experience writing Microsoft .NET code (preferably .NET 8 or higher)1+ years of experience working remotely (primarily camera off)Experience with Git version controlExperience with Azure DevOps, Gitlab or similar DevOps platform Preferred Experience Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS applicationExperience writing .NET code for web applications Required Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or cumulative 3-4 years of equivalent work experience in a related position.
