.Net Fulltack Developer (.Net + React)

About the role

The opportunity involves providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. It also entails architecting and designing scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions, driving strategic technical decisions for the NextGen High Scale Enterprise Platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable codebases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Drive strategic technical decisions for the NextGen High Scale Enterprise Platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site setting.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and maintainable codebases.

Requirements

• Mandatory: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure, ReactJS
• Good to have: Kubernetes integrations, Redux

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / C# development at enterprise scale (recent)
• 3+ years of recent React experience
• Strong programming skills in C#, React, and Node.js, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and familiarity with .NET frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building and deploying microservices-based applications
• Hands-on experience in developing ASP.NET Core applications, including dependency injection, ORM, and REST API development
• Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core for data access and object-relational mapping
• Proficiency in building server-side applications using Node.js, including creating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features, data types, operators, and functional programming concepts
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices, including automated testing, build pipelines, and deployment strategies
• In-depth knowledge and experience in developing front-end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication (written & verbal) skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also important for this role.

Pay

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
