Full Stack Developer ReactJS with .NET

About the role

Our Full Stack ReactJS Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, scalable solutions using ReactJS on the front-end and .Net/C# on the back-end. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS (front-end) and .Net/C# (back-end).
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS.
• API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, handling seamless communication between frontend and backend layers.
• Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
• Code Quality & Performance: Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code through best practices such as modular development, code reuse, and thorough testing.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and debug issues across the full stack.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and contribute feedback to improve team efficiency.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers in technical problem-solving and skill development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS and full-stack development.
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Front-End Technologies: In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive web design principles and front-end languages, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of Typescript, React Hooks, React-Sagas for state management, and SASS pre-processors for CSS.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Back-End Technologies: Strong experience with .Net/C# and building RESTful APIs.
• Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing: Experience with front-end and back-end testing frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools in software development workflows, actively using AI-assisted coding, automation, or productivity solutions to improve delivery speed, code quality, and overall project outcomes.
